NRCircle Logistics was founded by Brooks S. Townsend, a dedicated professional, with a lifetime commitment to service. After serving 20 years as an Information Technology Supervisor in the United States Army, he continued a career of reliability and public service with 10 years at the United States Postal Service.

Through decades of experience, he developed a strong work ethic rooted in discipline, accountability, and attention to detail - qualities that are essential when handling time-sensitive and confidential deliveries. His background and mentorship ensure that every delivery is approached with precision, urgency, and professionalism.  Driven by a passion to continue serving his community, Brooks established NRCircle Logistics to provide dependable, secure, and professional courier services to his hometown and beyond. His leadership reflects a mission-focused mindset, ensuring every delivery is completed with precision, integrity, and care.
